The CNC spinning flanging machine is a specialized machine designed for the flanging of air ducts in the fan industry. It is primarily used for the automated flanging, punching, and reinforcing edge pressing of various components such as industrial fan, air ducts, and pipelines. It can flip any angle of straight edges and curved edges within the range of 0 to 90 degrees. Such as nozzles, inlet cones, impeller frontplate for centrifugal fans.
CNC Punching Machine is specially designed for the fan and ventalition industries. It could punch the flanges for the air inlet for fans, air duct for axial flow fans, the berrels for fire dampers etc. The machine use Siemens centrol control system which could automatically calculate the diameter, height and equal spacing, and automatically locate the holes.
